Warranty Policy
90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Mechanix Wear knows quality control is serious business. Therefore, we go to extremes to supervise the manufacturing and material quality of our gloves. We understand our products are put in extreme situations. Mechanix Wear EMEA (“Mechanix Wear”) warrants its gloves against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Damage resulting from or contributed to by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or improper care or maintenance is not covered by this warranty.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED; AND (C) IN NO EVENT SHALL MECHANIX WEAR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, nor shall Mechanix Wear’s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the product in respect of which damages are claimed.
With valid proof of purchase dated within 90 days of purchase, Mechanix Wear will replace any defective product via its distribution network.
To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact the point of sale where the product was acquired. The purchaser must provide valid dated proof of purchase and pictures of the damages. If you have any issue contacting your point of sale you may initiate the warranty process by completing our Warranty Claim Form.
All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the product has been altered or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, accident improper care or maintenance.
Quality Policy Statement
This company undertakes to supply only safety equipment and/or related services that fully comply with the standards and regulations and claims made relating to those products and/or related services. Where appropriate, this company will maintain up to date technical files and associated documentation to ensure that regulatory compliance information can be supplied upon request.
Where products are sourced from external organisations which hold technical files relating to the products being offered, this company will request confirmation that these files are current, complete, contain appropriate conformity assessment information and, where relevant, regulatory compliance certificates and will take all necessary steps to confirm the validity of the compliance documentation held by that external supplier in respect of the products being sourced. Where services are provided related to safety equipment sourced from external organisations, this company will maintain approval from the manufacturer that the services provided are assessed and approved by the external organisation.
